Welcome to famshirt.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “customer”) and Fam Shirt LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or services. By visiting the site, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Authorized Use

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this website. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not damage, disable, or interfere with its operation or other users’ experiences.

Prohibited actions include: unauthorized system access, use of bots or scrapers, fraudulent activity, malware distribution, or any action that compromises security.

2. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@famshirt.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payments

All orders are subject to review and acceptance. Product prices and availability may change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, incorrect pricing, or policy violations.

All payments are processed through secure third-party providers; Fam Shirt LLC does not store full payment information or credit card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
• Transit Time: Most packages arrive within 2–4 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
• Coverage: We ship only within the 48 contiguous United States.
• Exclusions: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO, or international addresses.
• Risk of Loss: Title and risk transfer to you once the carrier marks the package as delivered.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit, notify us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date so we can start a carrier investigation. For damaged packages, send clear photos to support@famshirt.com within 72 hours of delivery. Replacements or refunds will be issued where appropriate. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Return Window: Eligible returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
• Process: Email us at support@famshirt.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds: Issued within 14 business days after inspection; allow an additional 3–5 days for bank processing.
• Exchanges: Available for defective or incorrect items only.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, graphics, logos, and product designs—is the property of Fam Shirt LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
