We hope you love your purchase — but if not, here’s how we handle returns at Fam Shirt LLC.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, provided that the following conditions are met:

• Items are unused and undamaged
• Tags and original packaging remain intact
• A receipt or order confirmation is included

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment once your return is received and inspected. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return postage.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for the following reasons:

• Printing or design errors
• Misspelled text caused by us
• Incorrect color or product delivered
• Stained or damaged items upon arrival
• Other confirmed errors made by our store

Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted for the following:

• Wrong size chosen by the customer
• Wrong print or design option selected
• Customer-submitted spelling or artwork errors
